This research will explore an emerging phenomenon of how Indonesian secondary school teachers in GEGs use social media for informal professional learning. This exploratory research aims to contribute to the field of social media and teacher professional learning. It is a multiple case study of how Indonesian secondary school teachers utilise social media to engage informally in teacher professional learning in autonomous setting through GEGs.
